Chateaubriand?????

I have ordered 2 chateaubriand and made a complaint and then ordered three more.
I was always told that the Chateaubriand was the center cut of the tenderloin. Pictures of other meat houses show that.
I send two emails on Friday and no one has gotten back with me. you need to review my emails.

I was able to get two full tenderloins for my Dinner Tuesday Night.
