We have been your customer for years now. Back in the beginning, your meats had a nice marble to them, we were buying them regularly, until they got smaller, and fatty, not marbled.
So we quit buying them. The beef tenderloin we just bought from you for $279 was totally fatty at the opposite end of the loin, it was a mess of pieces of meat attached to fat. Furthermore, it was not frozen in the slightest. Dry ice was still frozen but the tenderloin was not. I used to tell people to buy from Creekstone, and then you went corporate.
