These were by far the best quality Rib’s I’ve purchased from anywhere. I’ll certainly only order from here from now on. Shipping had some issue where the package wasn’t deliverable for whatever reason, but was solved the same day. These ribs were absolutely phenomenal.

Chuck short ribs are amazing out of the box. After seasoning and 6 hour love in applewood smoke they came out tender and juicy The beef flavor is off the charts. Buy them and smoke them!

My ribs had a large layer of hair fat cap that I had to trim off so the ribs looked off. They were not what I had expected.
Also, I did not receive notice they were shipped. Imagine my surprise when Fed Ex showed up with the shipment.
