Thin, thin, thin! Did I say thin?!

If cooking the KCBS Steak competitions, you better hope the meat inspector doesn't check the thickness. Not a single steak met the minimum thickness. The only reason this is not 1 star is because they had decent marbling. Very over priced for what you get.
