Tender with great flavor

Honestly the 3rib we ordered for Thanksgiving has to be the best prime rib i've ever had. The marbling had to make it prime+. A 4 rib just arrived for holiday dinner same marbling and sized 9+ pounds which is at the high end.

Bone in Prime Rib

I've ordered prime ribs from Creekstone numerous times. They always under promise and over deliver. eg: Ordered a 3 rib roast (5-7 pounds). It weighed 8 :) It was delicious.

Top Notch Quality and Top Notch Flavor

I ordered a 4-Bone Natural Prime Rib Roast (9.3 lb.) for my family's Thanksgiving dinner. I cooked it low and slow and the roast was absolutely incredible. The meat was tender and juicy. The meat had full beef flavor and even my grandchildren who thought they didn't like roast ate every bite. The price was excellent. The delivery was on time. And, everyone went away from the table fully satisfied. The looks on everyone's face when I brought the roast out was priceless. This is my second order now with Creekstone Farms and it has been spot on each time.

An absolutely outstanding piece of meat

Absolutely delicious and tender, cooked up perfectly. I cooked this up for my family instead of turkey for Thanksgiving this year and everyone thanked me!

Reverse seared

Smoked pork his 4 bone prime rib at 226 until it reached an internal of 120. The. I reverse seared it. Final internal temp was 130. This by far was the best rib roast I have ever cooked.
