Extremely well marbled, tender and flavorful. Even better than the !00% Prime Hereford I get from a local butcher. The flavor of these Creekstone Loins is more pronounced and richer than the other, but the biggest difference is in tenderness. Creekstone wins hands down!!! FWIW, I’m a smoked prime rib guy, so I smoke these loins whole, then slice off of them for a ~2 weeks. The after-cook shelf time does not degrade the eating experience.
