My family loves burger night since I started using this brisket blend. Best used on a flat top grill. So tasty my kids stoped putting condiments on them.

These brisket blend hamburger pucks were perfectly packaged and individually weighed for the best smash burgers! They are just as great as combining two for a big juicy burger on the grill. Great flavor, family loves it, will continue to buy over and over again.
Every time we enjoy these burgers it's still surprising! They are so much more delicious than anything we can get at the grocery. I have made homemade ground beef with additional pellicle from my own dry-aged prime Creekstone strip loin... and these are every bit as good, with none of the labor. I've never had better.
