2nd purchase

Just received my order of boneless ribeye roasts. The last one I received I cut into steaks with half of the roast. The other half I cooked in the oven with the closed door method. As always......just great!
I don't remember getting the roast frozen last time. Maybe because it's winter here in Colorado.
