I will never purchase this again. There were deep pockets of fat and it didn’t appear to be prime.

Great

Order came quickly! Packaged very nicely. Got the ribs thawed out, did an overnight dry brine. Smoked for around 10.5 hours and let rest for an hour with a smoked tallow soak. Delicious! Looking forward to smoking the next batch. Happy with the quality of the ribs and the service. Next order-Brisket!

Phenomenal Short Ribs

I smoked 8 ribs ( 2 packs) for about 8-9 hours at 210 degrees with pecan chips. I've never had better beef ribs and that includes visits to acclaimed Texas BBQ joints. The quality of these prime ribs was certainly the reason. The perfect size with the perfect fat content makes them just right for a long smoke. I just took delivery of four more packs of four ribs each and am looking forward to sharing another great meal with friends and family.

My guests fell in love haha!

These ribs were nicely marbled. The amount of meat is definitely satisfying. Yeah, it's a little pricey but please factor in the prime grade and the shipping hassle, boxes, ice packs and all, it is expected to be pricey. Would I do it again? Definitely yes! (My folks wanted it off the bone, and that's I gave them)

Packaging was impeccable!!!!

I have ordered premium meats from different companies but I have to say this packaging was over the top. I kept it to use myself in the future if needed (hot or cold). Beef ribs looked good…I prefer the bigger 3 bones vs 4 bone but I knew that when I ordered. Going to smoke them soon on the TMG Volunteer and add taste to my review.
