A friend of mine got me hooked on Creekstone Farms with a gift certificate over the holidays and I was hooked with my first bite!!! The Prime Beef has a texture and taste that can't be found at your local grocery store. I even bought some "Prime" beef at the Warehouse Club here and it wasn't even close to the same quality that I get from Creekstone. I now buy all my steaks from them and buy the Primal cuts as it's too easy to cut your own steaks and vacuum seal them and put them in the freezer for later. I feel like I am getting a much better deal as I am not eating steak when we go out to eat anymore so it more than pays for itself and if you can buy it when they have a deal, even better!!!!!

This was my 4th or 5th order and each time the cut seems to get fattier and the yield gets smaller. I’m left right on the edge of this still being a valuable purchase

But that's where it ended I was left with more fat than meat after trimming, I get a better cut of meat from my local grocery store. Glad I didn't pay full price, guess that's why it was on sale.

It is a good size filet, but it has a large amount of fat throughout and some large pieces that had to be cut out.. it took firever tk trim it.

We were extremely impressed with the packaging! Creek stone always sends a delicious, top of the line, cut of meat! This year has been hot! When our package was delayed by a day I was nervous, but should have known we were doing business with the best in class! There was enough ice, it could have lasted another day on a hot truck!
