  • WEIGHT: Available in two weight ranges 8-10 lbs. or 10-12 lbs. averages
  • PACKAGING:   Product ships fresh and vacuum sealed.
  • STORAGE:   Briskets can be kept fresh in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. They can also be placed in the freezer for up to 6 months. When you are ready to cook, simply place in the fridge a couple days to allow the product time to thaw.

12 LB Prime Brisket

#1- Shipping containers and product condition = EXCELLENT
#2-Brisket was very well trimmed, I had to do very little trimming, not much waste.
#3-I used the 4-2-10 smoking method with only salt and pepper for seasoning.
#4-Finished result= EXCELLENT
#5-I will definitely order again, I have tried many of the top suppliers of fine beef, so far Creekstone Farms is the leader.
