Shipping Rates & Transit Times 

Creekstone Farms ships to the 48 contiguous United States (no PO Boxes, APO/FPO, Hawaii, Alaska, or international addresses). All orders move via FedEx and arrive within 1–2 business days, depending on the service selected at checkout. 

Order Processing Schedule 

• Orders placed Monday–Thursday before 10:00 a.m. CST typically ship the same day. 
• Orders placed after 10:00 a.m. CST ship on the next available processing day. 
• We do not process or ship orders over the weekend. As a result, orders placed after 10:00 a.m. CST on Wednesday may not ship until the following Monday—unless you select Next Day Air. 

Delivery Windows 

• FedEx 2 Day Delivery: Tuesday–Friday (Saturday delivery available in select ZIP codes when chosen at checkout) 
• FedEx Next Day Air: Day after shipment 

Shipping Options & Rates 

• FedEx 2 Day Delivery (Free on orders of $150 or more) 
• FedEx 2 Day Delivery ($25 on orders under $150) 
• FedEx Next Day Air ($100 flat rate) 

Special Considerations 

• We strive to ship every order as quickly as possible, but product availability, holidays, and weather may cause delays. 
• You will receive an email confirmation once your order ships—sometimes even earlier than promised. 
• Use the “order notes” field at checkout to specify a required delivery date. Our team will let you know if we can accommodate your request. 
• Because our products are perishable, please ensure someone is available to receive your delivery. 

Order Tracking 

• Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation containing your FedEx tracking number. It may take several hours before the first tracking activity appears, as FedEx scans your package upon pickup. 
• After the initial scan, you can monitor your shipment’s progress and view its scheduled delivery date. 
• You can also log in to your Creekstone Farms account at any time to check your order status and tracking details. 

Important Shipping Notes 

Creekstone Farms makes every effort to ship orders on your requested date. However, holidays and other unforeseen circumstances may require adjustments. 

Address Requirements 

• All shipments require a valid street address (no PO boxes). 
• Creekstone Farms is not responsible for delays or misdeliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. 
• Please double-check shipping details and delivery windows before submitting your order. 

Weather & Unforeseen Delays 

• Inclement weather or other events beyond our control can impact transit times. 
• Creekstone Farms cannot be held liable for shipment delays caused by adverse or unpredictable conditions. 

Delivery Responsibility 

• Online orders do not require a signature at delivery. 
• It’s the customer’s responsibility to track shipments and ensure someone is available to receive the package. 
• If no one is present, FedEx may leave the shipment at the delivery address unless alternate instructions are provided. 

Gift Shipments 

• When ordering as a gift, the billing customer must confirm the recipient’s address and availability. 
• Creekstone Farms is not liable for missed deliveries to gift recipients.
