Shipping policy

Order Processing:

  • Order cutoff is 11:00 p.m. CST
  • Orders placed Monday–Wednesday before 11:00 p.m. CST typically ship on the next available processing day. 
  • We do not process or ship orders over the weekend. As a result, orders placed after 11:00 p.m. CST on Wednesday may not ship until the following Monday—unless Express or Next Day is selected.

Shipping Rates:

  • Standard Delivery: $15 on orders under $150
  • Standard Delivery FREE on orders of $150+
  • Express 2 Day Delivery: $29 flat Rate
  • Next Day Delivery: $79 flat rate 

Delivery Windows

  • Standard Delivery: Three days after shipment
  • Express 2 Day Delivery: Two days after shipment
  • Next Day Delivery: One day after shipment 

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number. It may take several hours before the first tracking activity appears, as carriers scan your package upon pickup. 

  • After the initial scan, you can monitor your shipment’s progress and view its scheduled delivery date. 

  • You can also log in to your Creekstone Farms account at any time to check your order status and tracking details. 

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELATIONS
Order changes and cancellations may be limited because our fulfillment process moves quickly, but we’re always happy to review your request. If the order hasn’t progressed too far, we’ll do our best to make the adjustment.

ADVANCED ORDERING
You can choose your preferred delivery date at checkout. For special occasions, we suggest selecting a date a few weeks early to allow for any unexpected transit delays and to give you time to freeze and/or thaw the product properly before cooking.
