Natural Prime Boneless Strip Steaks

This is not the first order I have placed with Creekstone and it certainly will not be the last. I have not had one of these Boneless 16oz. Strips yet (from this order) but each of my previous orders have been far above expectations (and that is saying something, considering the $$). Unlike many of Creekstone's clientele, I only live 85 miles due east of Arkansas City, on the KS / OK border. This is cattle country and Black Angus is the predominate breed of beef cattle. I have not been disappointed in anything I have purchased from the folks at Creekstone and don't expect you will be either. My next excursion into preparing steaks and some pork products will by Sous Vide cooking. I highly recommend Creekstone Farms.

After ordering various types of ribeyes for my first two orders, we ordered the 16 oz strips this time.
They were beautifully marbled and succulent. Nothing went to waste. As with all our experiences with Creekstone, once again, we are not disappointed!

The steaks arrived Thursday August 15th a little bit soft, but in excellent condition, so I just let one thaw for dinner. The steak looked great, felt good when I needled it, had a great flavor but was a bit chewy. I am not asking for a refund at this time, but will have another one this week to see how it is before deciding as to or not to request a refund.
