Natural Prime Whole Strip Loin

I'm very disappointed that I can't rate the quality of the meat due to a shipping error. The Prime Whole Strip Loin that I ordered for my brother's family for Christmas arrived as 3 Picanha steaks. After several attempts to contact customer service through the link on the order form and trying the chat-bot, with no response, I called, was greeted by a sweet customer service agent who found the error, apologized, agreed to ship a replacement but they are out of stock so it will be mid January before I can report on the quality of the meat.

I've been buying from Creekstone for years and have always been very happy with the excellent products. Unfortunately, the Natural Prime Whole Strip Loin was a huge disappointment. Way too much fat cap; after trimming, I was left with very skinny steaks I would not serve to guests due to the shape and appearance.

First time trying a prime whole strip loin from creek stone and I am very pleased! Ordering was easy, shipping was fast and arrived in perfect condition. Flavor was amazing and weight was around 15lbs. Wonderful piece of meat and price, will definitely be ordering again.
