    Great Quality Meat

    The ribeye roast we received was about 14.5 lbs. Husband likes his steaks well-done and slices the steaks about 1/2" thick. We got about 21 steaks out of our order. We've had Creekstone Farms meats before from other butchers, but not directly from them. The quality is wonderful and highly recommend. Took off a star because we had to call twice to get a status on our order made 09/22/25, but didn't receive until 10/03/25. We initially received an expected delivery date about 27th-28th'ish, but it didn't come. Was told it would be processed on a Friday and shipped on Monday. Wednesday, no email/status. Called again, was told it was being held because the beef tips we ordered with it wasn't yet available. Listen, we understand product processing/delivery can vary, what is disappointing is that zero communication is given to customer. It's up to us to follow-up. Creekstone should email the customer with delays and difficulties fulfilling orders. We are more than happy to adjust to the situation, within reason. But it shouldn't be up to us to repeatedly have to track the status of our orders. That said, the customer service we encountered was very nice and interactions pleasant.

    Awesome as usual! I ordered this and the strip loin!

    Showed up perfect temp for cutting. Packed well and the best meat out there! I can't stand steak from the store anymore. I buy these regularly and I am never disappointed.
