The package came in a well insulated and warp container. When I first looked at the ribeye roast. I could see deep marbling throughout. Once I opened that package and start to trim for steak. I couldn’t help but see the Creekstone difference. The marbling throughout was indeed top-notch. This is the beginning of a great partnership.

Purchased a 6 lb., bone in Prime Rib Roast.
Crafted a nice reverse-sear recipe… 3 1/2 hours later , we had an amazing Christmas feast. Fed the entire family (5 adults-3kids)
and had some left over for the next day!!
Very impressed with trimming and marbling. Best Prime Rib I’ve had in years!
Usually get it at restaurant … but, from now on we’ll cook it ourselves!
