    Prime rib sub primal

    There was availability issue when I placed my ordered. I contacted customer service to check delivery date. Immediately Kyle Brannan responded.
    He explained the current status & said he would follow with exact an exact date. He did it was delivered exactly as stated. You can’t ask for better customer service!
    The prime rib was perfect with little trim waste. Cut 10 steaks all over 16oz.

    Consistent flavor, inconsistent marbling

    Well, that's expected. At least I'm getting with with real good flavor. But when the marbling is better mmmmmmhhhhh!
