    Very late shipping

    I have ordered from Creekstone in the past with no issues, but this time I ordered a tenderloin and 3 briskets. I placed the order on Nov 27, but did not receive the items till Dec 9. Granted it was long weekend and the label was generated immediately on Monday, I still did not receive it until a week later. The meat was barely at their 40 F temp that was their cut off. Not only did I not receive it on time for when I needed it, I am also not happy it is not fresh.

    1st Prime Whole Tenderloin on the Smoker

    First time ordering and it definitely won’t be the last!! A great piece of meat, smoked it on a Recteq RT 700 at 215 % until it reached 125 temp and then wrapped in tin foil for 30 minutes. Meat very tender and melted in your mouth.

    Ridiculously tender!!!!

    First time ordering and it definitely won’t be the last!! Huge prime tenderloin but the marbling was fantastic!!! I smoked it to 118 degrees then moved it to a charcoal grill and finished until 130. Guests were saying you could cut it with a spoon ! Amazing product!!!! Seasoned with meat church holy cow and garlic and herb finished with a compound butter.
