Called and asked to delay prder for a week. Was told it would be but it wasn't. Pork had clearly been frozen. Packaging in box was very well done. Vacu bag was thinner than competitors and one started leaking in the refrigerator (fortunately on a separate tray) between Friday delivery and Sunday cook.
Meat arrived in good order and quality as always. They will be smoked at a later date and expect fantastic results. One will turned into pulled pork, the other sliced. Thanks for offering quality beef and pork.
About 5th time using these butts! Each time the end product was outstanding !!

First let me say that I have only had pork butts from Costco and prolly never again! When these arrived the first thing I noticed was the beautiful rosy pink meat and very well marbled. I couldn’t wait to smoke one of them. The fat on this one looked and felt like nothing I have seen before, very smooth and creamy. I seasoned with salt and pepper only (over night) because I wanted to taste the difference and smoked with hickory and OMG! These are 🔥🔥🔥If you are thinking about purchasing a duroc pork butt treat yourself! You will not be disappointed. Honestly I didn’t know what to expect and I didn’t think it would taste any different boy was I wrong. I am not a person who leaves reviews regularly but I had to on this one. Thank you Creekstone!
