I am an executive chef at a high end steak house and it took us about 9 months from when we opened to find the ribeye that was perfect for us. This ribeye is the best I’ve ever had or cooked and that includes Japanese A5 Wagyu. It is tender and cooks perfectly. Looking forward to getting our prime tenderloins in to start selling them. Our ribeyes have came with nothing but rave reviews from customers. We keep it simple salt pepper and a little garlic no need to do to much to such a quality product!!
I ordered four 16 oz ribeyes. Was impressed with packaging and delivery.
So far I have charbroiled two steaks: both were quite flavorful with a good beefy taste. One big negative however---both were a medium tough chew with every bite. With prime I would expect the steaks to be tender also. So rather disappointed.
My children were delighted with their gift of ribeyes! The service was impeccable and
the packing and presentation just as good! They plan to dine on these very soon and that
will be the real story.

I finally asked our favorite restaurant where they source their steaks because they taste just like the steaks I ate as a kid in Kansas when my grandparents would have one of their cattle processed and divided up among us. They enlightened me about Creekstone Farms, and I was thrilled - but not surprised - to learn they are in Kansas!
I ordered some ribeyes and some strip steaks, and they arrived quickly in fine condition - great packing and shipping!
We thawed out a couple of the ribeyes, and seared them on the grill after sous vide to 120 degrees. They are phenomenal! I’ve eaten at some great steakhouses around the country, but none have that amazing Kansas flavor like Creekstone Farms! I’m so glad that we finally discovered, in my opinion, the very best source for great Kansas beef! I can’t wait to taste the strip steaks!!
