    Perfect Christmas Dinner

    Purchased a 6 lb., bone in Prime Rib Roast.
    Crafted a nice reverse-sear recipe… 3 1/2 hours later , we had an amazing Christmas feast. Fed the entire family (5 adults-3kids)
    and had some left over for the next day!!
    Very impressed with trimming and marbling. Best Prime Rib I’ve had in years!
    Usually get it at restaurant … but, from now on we’ll cook it ourselves!

    Prime rib sub primal

    There was availability issue when I placed my ordered. I contacted customer service to check delivery date. Immediately Kyle Brannan responded.
    He explained the current status & said he would follow with exact an exact date. He did it was delivered exactly as stated. You can’t ask for better customer service!
    The prime rib was perfect with little trim waste. Cut 10 steaks all over 16oz.
