The Teres Major is also sometimes known as the Petite Tender or Shoulder Tender. Smaller and more affordable than the Tenderloin, Teres Major is juicy and tender and works well in a variety of menu applications from appetizers to entrees. It's a highly desired cut from foodies due to the rich flavor and natural tenderness.

Each package contains 2 portion cut 8 oz. pieces of Teres Major which will eat very similar to Filet Mignon at a more economical price. You will receive 4 packages of 2 pieces per package for a total of 8 pieces of teres major.

Amazing!! Do not hesitate.

I did 2 of these on my traeger and had a taco night. Every morsel was consumed. Some of the best steak tacos i have ever made.

Teres Major like filet but with more beef flavor

I like Teres Major better than filet because it has a little more bite to it and more beef flavor. They are wonderful and easy to cook, done in less than 10 minutes. As usual your service and packaging is top notch.

Teres Major

What a wonderful cut of beef. The Teres Major has a very tender bite but robust beef flavor. Seared quickly in a very hot pan with just salt and pepper and I had perhaps the third or fourth best steak I ever cooked at home. I highly recommend and will buy again!

What I have been looking for !

H Creekstone Farms meats are consistently superior to other online butchers.
I have been waiting to try Terres Major, but I cannot buy this locally. The meat came on time, frozen, was fairly priced, and looks great. I cannot wait to grill and eat these steaks. We eat beef once a week.
