the skirt steak was very good. they went out of their way to get both of my orders, placed on different days, to me in the same shipment. it came quickly and well packed.

back to the skirt, i have been looking for good skirt steak for a while. i had exhausted all the local options and had no luck finding anything good. most local places only have inside skirts and i tried all the tricks to make it edible, no luck at all. i found some outside skirts at a butcher, they were small and not at all tender or meaty tasting. i knew i had eaten skirt steak that was great, a lot actually. i lived in El Paso long ago and use to buy skirt steak at the local grocery store for cheap all the time. never had a problem cooking or cutting it, it was just always good.

i heard of Creekstone on youtube, and the skirt steak was on sale, so i bought it! very very pleased. it was so much like i use to get. it tasted so nice and meaty and tender too! im so happy i found this, but i need it to go back on sale again!

Package arrived timely and steaks were still frozen, even though it was delivered in the afternoon and the temp outside was in the mid-90s. We had skirt steak fajitas last night and they were excellent. This isn't the first time I've purchased these from Creekstone Farms, and every time they've been great.

The meat speaks for itself. Salt pepper over charcoal and it was the best food at the party hands down.
