Tender and Juicy

These ribs were prepared in a smoker.
They were tender and juicy and pulled away from the bone cleanly.
They came in a perfect St. Louis cut and required minimal additional trimming.
I recommend them to competitive cooks.

quality product but sloppy trim job this time

Great cook and taste. Unfortunately 2 of 4 racks had a few bones cut all the way through across the top and middle. However, the last batch I got a few months back was perfect.
