PROGRAM:  Premium Black Angus Beef that is grass-fed and grain-finished in the Midwest.
WEIGHT:  3 pieces per order at approximately 2 lbs. per piece (approx. 6 lbs. total)
AGING:  Wet-Aged up to 21 days for premium flavor and tenderness.
PACKAGING:  Product ships frozen and individually vacuum sealed. Once received, you may freeze until you are ready to cook and then simply thaw and enjoy. Delivers in Creekstone Farms gift box and reusable cooler bag.

    Flank steaks are ideal for marinating and grilling and work best when sliced thin and against the grain. At approximately 2 lbs. per piece, these flank steaks are large enough to share and work great in tacos, fajitas, salads, sandwiches or even on their own.

    A little disappointed

    I have ordered these quite a few times and have been really happy with my purchases. This time I feel as though they were much smaller than my previous orders. Either way I will continue to order hoping that my experience will be better in the future.

    We chose this cut to make fajitas The meat was tender and delicious. We would have paid so much more at a restaurant for the same meal and for a much less quality meat. Thank you.

    Steak you can't pass up.

    After purchasing and buying steaks from the grocery store. And not finding what you really like is when you realize how great these steaks are. If you have NOT tried them yet you got to try them KNOW it'll be extremely happy that you did. They cook excellent on the grill and the taste you cannot forget.

    I purchased six of these August 2023 One of them was 2 lb The rest of them range from 1 lb to 1.5 lb. the description says " average 2 lb each" no way
