The pork butts were good. The problem came with the ribs, two racks were good but two were terrible. One of the bad racks was shaved to the bone on the top of the rack gouging the center from the ribs on a a quarter of the rack. The other poor rack was so thin on the first third they didn’t have any meat left after the cook. Half the box was good, the other half was terrible. At these prices I would expect better quality control on the ribs so that each rack was on point. The butts were quality, I’d avoid the ribs.

Haven't tried the butt so far, but the quality of the pork ribs is excellent.
