Have ordered these steaks many times. The 8oz for us. So far, all have cooked up and full of flavor and tender meat.

The steaks arrived 2 days after shipment from this company and they were cold but not frozen. The fed-ex delivery was 4 hours late from the latest time they esimated. The steaks look really good and I hope they are safe to eat. My fault - I should have waited until the fall/winter to order
