Not as good as the last tenderloin I ordered,I was disappointed with the quality and fat content
I have been buying meat with you for a long time and the truth is that I have always been very satisfied with the product, but this time I was disappointed, I bought a Tenderloine which, as can be seen in the photos, has a much higher percentage of fat and hard fiber than meat.

We did offer a product special on a full tenderloin that isn't as trimmed as our standard online tenderloin as noted in the product description which may be why you are seeing more fat and trimming required on this product sample than on our standard tenderloin online. Our tenderloin was the worst piece of meat we have ever gotten from Creekstone. 75% was fat and grizzled,
and we ended up with a 6" roast and
4 nice size steaks. Creekstone has never put forth such terrible quality during the decade we've been buying filets or tenderloins. I would have gladly bought the $240 tenderloin if I had known.

Great piece of meat at a nice value.
This isn't the first time I have made a purchase from Creekstone...it's about the 10th time. Frankly, you can't find better meats at better prices.
