    First steak of last delivery

    The steaks arrived Thursday August 15th a little bit soft, but in excellent condition, so I just let one thaw for dinner. The steak looked great, felt good when I needled it, had a great flavor but was a bit chewy. I am not asking for a refund at this time, but will have another one this week to see how it is before deciding as to or not to request a refund.
    This is Janina's husband Jim.

    Slow grilled 4 strip steaks medium rare yesterday for Mother's Day and were delicious. Used a few chunks of hickory and everyone loved them.
