USDA Prime Whole (Competition) Brisket (FROZEN)

THESE ARE COMPETITION BRISKETS THAT ARE FROZEN

GRADE:  USDA Prime
PROGRAM:  Prime Black Angus Beef.  Grass fed and grain finished in the Midwest
WEIGHT:  14-16lbs & 16-18lbs
PACKAGING:  Product will ship frozen and individually vacuum sealed. 
STORAGE:  Product has been froze before the fresh use-by date.  Keep frozen until you are ready to thaw and cook.

These Competition Briskets differs slightly from our Standard Briskets.  These briskets will have a 1" fat cap and will not have any lean exposure on the main body of the brisket.
