PROGRAM:  Irodori Wagyu is raised with no Hormones.  Grass-fed and grain finished in the Midwest.  Certified Humane®.
WEIGHT:  Each individual steak weighs approximately 36 - 40oz a piece.
PACKAGING:  Product ships frozen and individually vacuum sealed.  Product can be kept frozen up to 365 days and thawed when ready to cook.
