PROGRAM:  Premium Black Angus Beef.  Grass fed and grain finished in the Midwest. 

WEIGHT:  Each one pound package contains medallions that average 3oz in size.

PACKAGING:  Product ships frozen and vacuum sealed.

STORAGE:  Product can be stored in the freezer to use at a later date and should be used within 7 days of thawing. 

These beef medallions are tender, petite cuts of premium beef sourced from the tenderloin after cutting filet mignon.  Easy to prepare and versatile, medallions can be pan-seared, grilled or roasted to create a restaurant-quality dining experience at home.

The picture

The first picture is your picture that by no means looks like what I received.
Your picture is much thicker than the very thin medallions I received.
Also the medallions arrived unfrozen so I had to cook them all at once, not what I had planned.
Flavor was good.
This is the first time I have been disappointed with my purchase from Creekstone.
