Seems to happen too often that the butcher puts a big slice right through the top of the flat. Frustrating to say the least.
This was absolutely the best Brisket that I have ever smoked. Perfectly marbled and delicious. There was very little waste and the point turned out some of the best burnt ends I’ve ever had. Thank you!!

Love this product. Good amount of meat and fat which comes out soft and juicy every single time
The brisket was packaged well and shipped quickly. The meat was good.... but not a lot of it. On one side of the flat, the fat was twice as thick as the meat. Cut off a good chunk of the end while trimming. Meat was only about a 3/8" - 1/2" thick on almost half of the flat. The point had almost no meat on the top. Basically meat on the bottom side, about 1/2" thick. Was a little disappointed.
