Pricey but worth it for a special occasion.
Smoked it on a Weber Smokefire at 275 deg F. 5 hrs in smoke 2.5 hrs wrapped. Internal temp 207. Pulled based on feel and rested 2 hrs

Hank A. 1st brisket I ever had was 1996-1997. I have been chasing the flavor ever since! Creekstone, you did not disappoint! We smoked it for 9 hours, and it turned out so good! I have traveled all over the PNW, and SoCal looking for a brisket that matched the 1st one. I had my barber smoke this for me and he hit out of the park! Such an amazing flavor!
