    a beautiful tenderloin

    My wife waited late before telling me she wanted tenderloin for her special birthday meal. you all providing Prime grade fresh (not frozen) product made it all work (albeit with a hefty overnight shipping fee which I was glad to pay). the tenderloin was beautiful, arrived on time allowing me to treat it with my porcini, rosemary, salt rub before roasting to perfection. thank you!

    1st Prime Whole Tenderloin on the Smoker

    First time ordering and it definitely won’t be the last!! A great piece of meat, smoked it on a Recteq RT 700 at 215 % until it reached 125 temp and then wrapped in tin foil for 30 minutes. Meat very tender and melted in your mouth.

    Ridiculously tender!!!!

    First time ordering and it definitely won’t be the last!! Huge prime tenderloin but the marbling was fantastic!!! I smoked it to 118 degrees then moved it to a charcoal grill and finished until 130. Guests were saying you could cut it with a spoon ! Amazing product!!!! Seasoned with meat church holy cow and garlic and herb finished with a compound butter.
