PROGRAM:  Prime Black Angus Beef.  Grass fed and grain finished in the Midwest
WEIGHT:  Available in 11-13lbs, 13-16lbs & 16-18lbs
PACKAGING:  Product ships fresh to lock in freshness and individually vacuum sealed 
STORAGE:  Product can be kept refrigerated up to 28 days from pack date before freezing may be needed

These are Standard Briskets, which differs slightly from our Competition Briskets.  These briskets will have a 1/2" fat cap and may have small amounts of lean exposure on the main body of the brisket.

Go Prime

Prime brisket is the way to go! Meat tender and delicious. I like that it is available unfrozen, especially since this time I unpacked it, seasoned it, and put it on the smoker within hours of delivery from FedEx. All prime is not the same, my last prime brisket from a "club" store came out as brisket jerky. Creekstone equals quality.
