Bought a few of these when you had a sale, tossed one on the smoker last night! After 2.5 hours at 225 degrees, it was awesome! Had a couple of friends over who saw the meat in the grocery store as it was the last beef in the meat section but didn't get it because they had never heard of it, and they loved it. A great cut of meat, that I am glad is not too well-known, but as people learn of it, they will start getting them too! This was an easy cut of meat to smoke, very tender, and a great bite!
