Dry brisket
I injected the brisket with brine and let it sit overnight, but it was still quite dry. It had very little marbling, even in the point. It was flavorful, but overall disappointing.

July 5. 2025 Birthday briskets
I trimmed up both briskets yesterday, seasoned this morning and they are on the smoker now. I had more trimming to do on these than I anticipated based on previous purchases. They do look good and we will see how they come out later today.

Never Disappoints
I haven’t smoked my latest purchase yet, this prime 16-18 pounder is for July 4, however this isn’t my first purchase from CSF,(and not my last) their briskets never disappoint

Outstanding brisket!
First time I've ever purchased a brisket from Creekstone, I see what the hype is about. Perfect fat to protein balance, great marbelling. Really upped my brisket game.
