Great little steaks

How wonderful! Little 2# steaks but rich enough the two of us got 3 meals out of each package. These will become a permanent fixture in our meal planning.

This time a zesty Italian dressing to marinate, next we’ll take them south of the border.

Ninja Grill and Griddle on max, 4 minutes each side. Medium rare.

Can't Go Wrong!

Arrived in perfect frozen condition as usual with all of Creekstone products I've purchased. Going to be making Fajita's soon for the entire family and I'm confident the meat quality will be spot on as usual! Thanks for all the great products you offer us more discriminating buyers!

Very tasty

Since I don't BBQ, I had to find a way to get the tough flank steak cooked to medium and not struggle slicing it. Solution was to slice it into thin steaks before cooking. Seasoned with garlic, onion, sage and parsley, sear 2 mins. each side, and voila! Very tasty and easy to cut. I am really enjoying the flank steak.
