This is the 2nd time I received my steaks and half of them appear to but cut by someone who does not know what the are doing! Cut square and only an inch thick, this cut makes the meat not tender like it should be. I even wonder if it’s fillet meat. I am paying over $400 for these fillets and I expect them to be cut by someone SKILLED in this area. I feel I should be compensated for these subpar cuts. I never heard back from anyone when I submitted my first complaint so I figured this 2nd complaint will net the same result. If I get steaks cut
Like this again I will take my business back to Kansas City Steaks at least they communicate and make things right
Excellent steaks. I bought these as a gift for my husband who complains that even the USDA prime halal steaks we can find in our area are sub-par compared to Creekstone. And I agree; there was beautiful marbling all throughout the ribeyes and the fat caps rendered down to an almost butter-like texture after cooking sous-vide.
I had high expectations ordering from CSF and they didn’t let me down. Speedy delivery, awesome packaging, super tender and delicious. We pay a premium with our local butcher (great meat btw), but CSF is on another level! Thank you!
Steaks are of excellent quality as prime grade beef should be. Shipping has always been on point with creekstone. No complaints
Delivery was supposed to have been made early last week but was a no show. No explanation from Creekstone and I haven’t gotten any reply to my email asking what has happened. Very disappointing on an almost $200 order. Will cancel if doesn’t arrive early next week.
