Reverse sear over oak. Salt, pepper, light butter/garlic. Absolutely delicious and tender. Maybe the best steak I have ever had. Our guests were impressed! A five star for sure!

Yes, it is a big splurge even at the sale price of about $110 each. They each weighed a bit over 2 pounds, so that's $60/pound with a large bone. But I can say they were some of the best steaks I've had in a long time-maybe ever. I cooked them on an oak wood fire on an Argentinian type grill with adjustable grates. Tender, tasty with not excessive uneatable fat. Sometimes a ribeye can be fill of fat, but these had a good balance.
