Smaller than a tomahawk, larger than a rib eye, yet it it is just as good as bone-in ribeye cut. Nice marbling and great flavor.

One nice ribeye and one not so nice
Seems like this is the just the way it is when you order a pair of steaks. O.ne of the ribeyes was the perfect steak and the other one hardly looked like a ribeye. I realize that someone has to get the deformed one but why always me?

Very Tasty!
Cooked one of these 24 oz. Cowboy Ribeyes for me and the wife. Intense marbling and flavor for this cut of steak. Absolutely delicious!! Grilled over charcoal and hickory wood. Seared for 5 minutes on each side and cooked for another 10 indirect for a medium doneness.
