USDA Prime Whole Brisket (Competition Brisket)

PROGRAM:  Prime Black Angus Beef.  Grass fed and grain finished in the Midwest
WEIGHT:  Available in 12-14lbs, 14-16lbs, or 16-18lbs
PACKAGING:  Product ships fresh to lock in freshness and individually vacuum sealed. 
STORAGE:  Product can be kept refrigerated up to 28 days from pack date

These Competition Briskets differs slightly from our Standard Briskets.  These briskets will have a 1" fat cap and will not have any lean exposure on the main body of the brisket.

Smoke.
225 until 170 and then wrapped it in Butcher. paper.cook 3 hours at 300 in a offset Smoker.love it Great product.

Excellent Brisket

I was very pleased with the quality of this brisket. Flavor and texture was excellent.
Pricey but worth it for a special occasion.
Smoked it on a Weber Smokefire at 275 deg F. 5 hrs in smoke 2.5 hrs wrapped. Internal temp 207. Pulled based on feel and rested 2 hrs
