THE CINDERELLA STORIES PACKAGE INCLUDES:
PEELED OUTSIDE SKIRT:Â Four pieces Outside Skirt (in two bags) that will weigh 1.5-2.25lbs per piece
PORK BACK RIBS:Â Four slabs of Back Ribs that will weigh 2.5-3lbs per piece rack
FLANK STEAK:Â Three individual Flank Steaks that will average 2lbs per piece
PACKAGING:Â All products will be individually vacuum sealed.
STORAGE: Keep items frozen until ready to use. Creekstone Farms recommends that you thaw all your beef items on a plate or platter in the refrigerator. Thawing in this manner enables the products to maintain their excellent flavor and product tenderness. Smaller items such as steaks will generally thaw within 24-48 hours; larger items may take 3-5 days.
