THE COURTSIDE COLLECTION PACKAGE INCLUDES:
TOMAHAWK RIBEYE: One, 8” long bone Tomahawk Steak, that averages 45oz
PICANHA (Coulotte): One individual Coulotte (or Picanha) that will weigh 3-4lbs
GROUND BEEF: Twelve, 1lb packages of Fresh Ground Beef
PACKAGING: All products will be individually vacuum sealed.
STORAGE: Ground Beef can be kept fresh for up to 21 days from the production date or can be frozen upon receipt (or the use by date) and thawed when ready to cook.
Keep other items frozen until ready to use. Creekstone Farms recommends that you thaw all your beef items on a plate or platter in the refrigerator. Thawing in this manner enables the products to maintain their excellent flavor and product tenderness. Smaller items such as steaks will generally thaw within 24-48 hours; larger items may take 3-5 days.
