Greg M. finally had a chance to make the flank steak—first time trying it, and it definitely makes my top five cuts. I didn’t even marinate it, just went old-school with salt and pepper, and it came out absolutely delicious.

Barbara Luv this flank steak. Have ordered them multiple times. Marinate in soy sauce, lime juice, garlic and a little olive oil. Broil in oven for 6-7 minutes on each side. Easy and more beefy flavor than some steaks.
