      Thickness

      These steaks have a great flavor !!. I have received 10 off them recently. Six as a gift and four that I purchased. The thickness varies from around 3/4" to little over 1".
      Majority of these steaks due to lack of thickness looked similar to flank steak or skirt steak. Ideal for cooking on top of the stove but not ideal for grilling. I know your company cannot guarantee thickness just the actual weight. I like to grill my ribeye's around at least 1 1/4" thickness. But these are good in black iron skillet !
