I am the kind of person that normally does not give reviews. It takes me really liking something or disliking something to do so.
With that being said, The natural prime whole ribeye turned out to be a fantastic cut of beef. WhiIe I thought that there was a bit more fat that could’ve been trimmed, the Quality of the meat was superb. Probably some of the best tasting ribeye that I’ve ever had.
I ended up cutting the meat into thick steaks, which I started on the grill and finished in the oven. I definitely would recommend this to anyone looking for a bulk ribeye that can be cut into steaks. I think it is a better value that way.
Great for reverse sear 1/2 or whole or for slicing into thick steaks!
The package came in a well insulated and warp container. When I first looked at the ribeye roast. I could see deep marbling throughout. Once I opened that package and start to trim for steak. I couldn’t help but see the Creekstone difference. The marbling throughout was indeed top-notch. This is the beginning of a great partnership.
Keeping it short. I will be a return customer. My family enjoyed the steaks. Fast shipping, arrived well packaged, and as described.
