I a huge fan of Creekstone and have been buying whole Prime strip loins and whole Prime rib roasts and brisket burgera for about 5 years now
I have to admit that the marbling in my most recent strip and rib roast purchases was not up to the level in my previous purchases. Not sure if it's just the luck
Of the draw or whether restaurants are being allocated a larger share of the best Prime.
Still a great product but just wanted to provide honest feedback.

Cut 14 1 1/4 inch steaks. They taste amazing as always! Recommend to anyone that’ll listen!
Was able to cut 17 roughly 1 inch thick steaks. Great marbling and tasted spectacular. Highly recommend
We've ordered Creekstone Farm's prime strip loin roasts several times and the quality has always been excellent. The latest roast we just received is no exception. We usually slice into ~1 lb steaks. Got 11 steaks from this 12 lb roast. Great marbling, grill up tender and tasty. Just love having a steady supply of steaks in the freezer.
I cut this strip loin into 1.5" steaks and prepared them for a group of friends. People were raving about it. It was truly outstanding and multiple people said it was the best steak they ever had. Thank you, Creekstone!
