Ive been purchasing these for a couple years now. By far the best you can get without grinding your own meat. Packaging was well thought out, perfectly portioned for a smash burger, or an easy press for burgers on the grill. I have a lot of cookouts and these are always a hit and most requested!

●The only concern, I wish that they were less expensive. The cost has increased from $110 to $170/box of 72 pucks over the last 2 years.

If you don’t mind the extra fat and grease, this product is great! Great flavor and tenderness. We have been buying these for years now from Creekstone Farms. The prices have gone way up on these though. I don’t think we will or can stop buying these because they are so good. Even at these prices! I am also always happy with their packaging!
The best burger mixture ever!!!!!!!!!!! Makes excellent smash burgers. Nicely packaged and the best part is grass fed. I also ordered brisket and was a great cook
The brisket burgers are pretty fatty; pan searing them leaves a puddle of grease that they fry in. I think I’d have better luck on a grill. Taste was pretty good, though.
