Brenda L. We have always been wanting to smoke beef ribs but could never find any, until now. We ordered some from Creekstone Farms and smoked them until the internal temp reached just over 200 degrees. They were simply delicious. We will be ordering more in the future.

Leon C. I thought they were a little thin on the bone end but they were good after cooking. Previous ribs was more uniform in thickness.
